Mr. Thever was the former Managing Partner of Shan K. Thever and Associates, an AV rated law firm, that served as the City Attorney for City of Lynwood and Bell Gardens
He also served the Central District of California as a Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference Lawyer Representative from 2004-2007.
